If you choose our click and collect option, your event can be at any location. For our fully serviced event hire, we cover all of Warwickshire or up to 30 miles within our office based in Wolston CV8 3FZ. This includes Rugby, Leicester, Northampton, Banbury, Leamington, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry and parts of Birmingham

Our games are suitable for outdoor use, and so long as precautions are taken safe to use in the rain. Alternatively, with the exception of a couple of games such as croquet, they can be taken inside. For full information, see our wet weather guide here.

Yes, you can take advantage of huge savings by opting for our click and collect service. Our hire packages are designed to fit into an average size car (e.g. Ford Focus) when the back seats are down. Collection would be from our office in Wolston CV8 3FZ.

Our serviced packages are based on a six-hour hire, which excludes the setup and pack down times. Meaning that you have a full six hours uninterrupted For click and collect hires, we will agree a mutually suitable time. We typically work of the basis that the games are collected the day prior to your activity and returned the following working day. All collections and returns will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 4pm

Our packages have been designed to fit into an average size car with the back seats down. For instance, a Ford Focus should have no problem fitting all the items leaving a front seat spare.

Click and collect The click and collect option will be available to hire for the event day booked. On some occasions, for logistical convenience, collection and delivery may be arranged on dates outside of the agreed hire date. Providing this is pre agreed with the company the client will not incur any additional hire costs. E.g. if you hire on a Saturday, we will most likely agree collection on a Friday and accept returns on the following Monday. ​ Setup packages Each package includes an six-hour hire period. Additional hours are invoiced at £25 per hour subject to availability. Collection Timing: Timings are agreed on a case-by-case basis at the time of booking. This is typically on the day of the event hire; however, this can be on a pre-agreed subsequent day.

Our accounts team will raise your invoice once you have booked. Payment can then be made via bank transfer.

Reservation Confirmation: Securing your date requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total hire cost. If cancellation is required with more than two weeks’ notice before the hire date, 50% of the fee can be returned. ​ Payment and Delivery: Delivery is scheduled upon full balance payment, which is due no later than four weeks before your event. ​Deposit: In addition to the hire cost, you will also pay the agreed deposit. This will be full refunded within four workings days of the games being returned in acceptable condition to the company. If damages / losses have occurred for less than deposit amount, client will be refunded the difference only. For damages greater than deposit amount the hirer will be liable for the excess funds to be returned.
